And, we were bored out of our minds with the whole ‘chicken, veggie, side dish’ meal that we seemed to make too many nights of the week.

We can’t tell you how many nights we wished someone would just jump in and tell us what to make for dinner. Someone who knew what they were doing & knew what we were struggling with. We invested lots of time & money over the years to figure it all out.

It was a long process, but we finally figured out how to incorporate healthy eating into our normal routine. Our mission now is to help you do the same. After years of trial, error, education, research, cooking & experimenting, we are bringing everything we’ve learned to you.

This community was created to make it easy for you to prepare healthy food at home…more often…without having to think.
