Format doesn’t matter. An email. A word doc. Or you can use my food log form here: FOOD LOG FORM. You can go back to this list 3 times – one for each day you want to record. Whatever makes it easy for you is fine with me.
- Remove the Obstacles
You know what to do. Just get it out. If something is in the house, it will get eaten. That’s just how it works. We can’t control what’s outside of our house, but inside…easy!
- Drink Lots of Water
Get your body ready by drinking at least 64 ounces of water each day. Simple. Important. Make it happen.
- Identify your Goal & Be Ready to Share it with Us
What do you want to accomplish or see happen over the next 12 weeks? Be specific. Be bold. (You only get what you ask for, so ask!)
