Assignments – Week 11

    1. Watch/Read the Lesson on Goal Setting. Click here.
    2. Kick Start your Ongoing Education. This week, take a look at the Resource List and be prepared to share a new learning with our group next week. Maybe you learn something specific related to nutrition. Or maybe you find a new tip/trick/recipe. Maybe you watch a video that introduces a new idea you hadn’t thought about. You choose. But be prepared to share something you discovered that inspires you to keep going on this adventure.
    3. Send me your questions. If you have a tool, resource, etc. that you’d like to share with the group, let me know by Thursday so I can add it to the resource list I will pass along to you next week!
    4. Keep up the Good Work! Keep drinking your water. Improving your meal timing & patterns. Eating a strong breakfast. Keeping your added sugars below 24 Grams/Day. Practice eating more greens & always checking in with yourself after you eat to see how you feel. And, plan your meals so you don’t find yourself skipping meals or eating out too much! 🙂
