You did it! You gave yourself the gift of 12 weeks to focus on your nutritional strategy and making your health a bigger priority. And, look what you have accomplished!
This week is about celebration. Rewarding ourselves. But, not in the way we would have rewarded ourselves in the past. For a lot of us, in the past, a reward was often something that had a negative impact on us. Today, we have found ways to reward ourselves that are actually positive and health promoting.
- A deep breath…
- Extra time to ourselves
- A new recipe
- Something green!
This week, as you begin the next phase of your journey with food, here’s what I challenge you to think about and act on.
- Save your Sundays. You have consistently given yourself time each week on Sundays with this group. Think about it – an hour or more each week you have dedicated to this process, this group, the readings, the assignments, etc. I challenge you now to keep this time for yourself. Protect it. Use it to continue your path. Maybe an hour on Sundays to prep food for the week. Or an hour on Sundays to read or watch something on the topic of nutrition, mindset, wellness.
- Write down your next goal. There is power in writing things down. Whether meal planning or life planning. So, take some time to write down the next area you want to challenge yourself. You will be amazed at how the resources start to show up.
- Keep up the good work! This is just the beginning. Take a few minutes today to review our “Adventure Page”. Scan from the bottom to the top. Remember all of the topics we have covered and remember you can always come back to these for review.
