Assignments – Week 5

  1. Practice Listening
    See “Learning to Listen Lesson” for more details. Practice the habit of asking yourself how you feel 20 minutes after you eat anything. Make a note on your food log.
  2. Keep a Food Journal for Monday through Thursday.
    Here’s a link you can use: Food Log. Or, you can put it in a simple email format. I just need to know: what you ate, when you ate it, how you felt when you ate. (Rush, famished, exhausted, energized, etc.)
  3. Add more Fresh, Raw Greens to your Diet. This takes some time so keep working on it. A handful of greens with dinner. Or raw veggies for snacks. Or don’t forget the Green Smoothie idea. Try it for a week. It will change your life.
  4. Keep up the Good Work! Keep drinking your water. Improving your meal timing & patterns. Eating a strong breakfast. And keeping your Added Sugars below 24 Grams/Day. And, practice eating more greens.
