See “Learning to Listen Lesson” for more details. Practice the habit of asking yourself how you feel 20 minutes after you eat anything. Make a note on your food log. - Keep a Food Journal for Monday through Thursday.
Here’s a link you can use: Food Log. Or, you can put it in a simple email format. I just need to know: what you ate, when you ate it, how you felt when you ate. (Rush, famished, exhausted, energized, etc.) - Add more Fresh, Raw Greens to your Diet. This takes some time so keep working on it. A handful of greens with dinner. Or raw veggies for snacks. Or don’t forget the Green Smoothie idea. Try it for a week. It will change your life.
- Keep up the Good Work! Keep drinking your water. Improving your meal timing & patterns. Eating a strong breakfast. And keeping your Added Sugars below 24 Grams/Day. And, practice eating more greens.
