We just finished a cycle of birthdays at our house. It’s crazy how many birthdays we have that fall within days/weeks of each other. TK, his dad, my sisters, my mom, my nephew..it’s a lot of birthday cake for one month, let me tell you!

Here’s how it works.
The cleanse will run from Monday, November 4 through Sunday, November 10.
This is a food cleanse – not a starvation cleanse. You will not go hungry. Instead, you’ll eat foods that help your body detox and energize.
We’ll send you your meal plan for the week, grocery list, and recipes on Saturday so you have time to shop for the week ahead. Then, each day of the cleanse, you’ll receive motivation and support from us via email to keep you on track.
We’ll kick it off with a quick 15-minute webinar on Sunday night. And then, we’ll end it the following Sunday with some tips that will help you get through the holidays as healthy as possible.

It won’t take a lot of time, but it does take a commitment. It’s just 7 days. You can do it. It’s totally worth it to put in a little effort to feel better. Especially if we can help you avoid getting sick!
I have an event next weekend. How can I stay on the cleanse?
We have events next weekend, too. Obviously, you’re in charge of how you deal with it. For us, we will eat before we go to the event and we will let our hosts know we’re doing a cleanse, so we won’t be eating. It’s amazing how supportive people are.
