If you’re like me, you do this to give. But, you also do it to keep yourself accountable when it comes to exercising and to challenge yourself to do more.
Well, what if you had a team behind the scenes working with you throughout the season not only on the exercise side, but also on nutrition?

If you don’t already know me, my name Karen & this is my second season with Team in Training. This year, I’m a mentor w/our North County group.
I am also a nutrition coach & founder of The Kitchen Skinny. And, I have a very unique group program starting next week for Ladies Only.

It’s very different from other programs. This is very individualized & based on your own schedule & food preferences. You don’t have to follow a restrictive food plan (no products) & we do all of our stuff remotely so you don’t have to go anywhere.
It’s such a great complement to your training.
We will be learning not only HOW to eat healthy, but more importantly, how to make it actually happen. (Because ‘knowing’ is way different than ‘doing’ – am I right?). And if you’re as busy as I am, you need lots of strategies & shortcuts.
Unlike other programs where you ‘have to eat this’ or you ‘have to do that’….we will be focusing on habit building & stacking healthy habits in a way that will last you for life. (Kind of like ‘mile-stacking’ during our training).
It’s super fun, but it’s also a game changer. You will learn things that will stick with you for life. And, that will make your season your absolute best.
