- Every time you eat ask yourself 20 minutes later “How do I feel?” Make note.
- Eat more fresh, raw greens.
- Continue stacking your good habits (aiming for 64 oz of water daily, less than 24 g of added sugars, try to eat at home more often)
- Recommended Documentaries: Food Inc., Food Matters, Forks Over Knives, Hungry for Change, Cowspiracy, Cooked (4-Part Docus-eries on Netflix).
