Raising Healthy Eaters in a Crazy Busy World

Raising Healthy Eaters is now live and available for viewing!

We created this FREE class because we want to get this priceless information into the hands of as many parents, caregivers, etc. that we can because the topic is SO important.

Kids (and parents, too) are up against a lot of misinformation out there when it comes to ‘eating well’ & being ‘healthy’.

This class will help you sift through that info so you don’t get stuck making the same mistakes we did back in the day.

We cover A LOT in this one-hour presentation:
  • The 5 Most Common Food Mistakes Parents Make
  • 3 Examples of “Healthy Habits” that aren’t so Healthy
  • 10 Fantastic & Simple Strategies you can implement that will help your kids be their ideal weight, develop the foundation for a healthy, disease free life, and empower them to be engaged in their own health (without you having to nag about it!)

Wouldn’t it be great to know with confidence that your kids will grow up with a better understanding of how their bodies work and how to navigate the food environment we now live in?

By the age 10, nearly all kids raised in this food environment eating the Standard American Diet, already have fatty streaks in their arteries – which is the first sign of heart disease. Together we can help change that.

So, let’s learn together. Take some time this weekend to watch/listen to TK & I share the strategies we implemented in our own family based on our nutrition education to help our daughters grow to be healthy eaters.

And, in the process, you will learn a few things you probably didn’t know about why ‘eating healthy’ is trickier than it sounds & how to make it more of a reality for yourself, too!

And, if you have any questions, you know where to find us! 🙂

P.S. At the end of the class, we give you a way to access 8-weeks of nutrition education & coaching from TK & I for only $20. So, definitely check that out, too!
