The Kitchen Skinny is not a diet program (although we do have lots of delicious recipes you will love). We’re not here to sell you some magical solution that you will have to ‘buy into’ for the rest of your life. We’re not celebrities. Athletes. Crazy, food fanatics (okay, maybe just a little).

greencheckWhat we ARE:

We are real people, living in the real world, with real issues, real kids, and a real passion for helping people get the most out of life. We teach. We problem-solve. We customize. And, we help people get past that hurdle of wanting to eat healthy, but never quite getting there.

A little known secret.

As health coaches, our primary mission is to put ourselves out of business. (Seriously. We live for the day when no one needs our expertise, our experience or our tools for healthy eating. When weight issues are no longer an issue, everyone is eating whole foods & today’s top killers are rare diseases.)

Until then, our goal is to teach you everything we know so you don’t need us. We want all this information to become second nature to you so you can make your own decisions and not feel dependent on some diet plan or exercise program.
