While food provides the building blocks we need to fuel ourselves, it is important to realize that all of that is just a piece of the equation. Our mindset has such a powerful impact on our health and the way our body absorbs nutrients, so to not give some attention to our own thoughts would be a big oversight in our journey to better health.

So, I wanted to share a few ideas as you explore your own thinking and how it plays a role in the actions you take and the reality you make for yourself and your health.
